Neal Snydman- Founder/CEO Vintage Imports

Although he was very successful in sales and marketing in the Tire business, after 15 years, Neal Snydman knew that there were bigger and greater targets to hit in life. He was an avid fan of food and wine and saw that there was a real need and opportunity for someone to represent and promote fine wine sales in Pennsylvania. With that vision, Vintage Imports was born, and over the last 26 years Neal and his team of wine-savvy professionals have grown and expanded Vintage Imports into three markets and are synonymous with carrying the best wines available in these markets.

Born in suburban Philadelphia, a graduate of Overbrook High and Edinboro University, and after a 6 year tour of duty in the Air Force and Air National Guard, Neal became successful in marketing and sales in the wholesale tire industry. During a transitional period when he was ‘testing the waters’ of his vision, Neal carried two briefcases—one with tire information, and one with wine information!! During its infancy, Neal and his home was Vintage Imports!! Sales, Deliveries, Warehousing…it was a one man operation….(well, one man and one woman…with kudos and accolades for, Karen Snydman, Neal’s wife) But in the years that followed, Vintage Imports has evolved into today’s incarnation—operating in three states, modern offices, managers, temperature controlled warehouses, drivers, vehicles and some of the top salespeople in the entire industry. Throughout the years, the constant has been Neal’s knowledge of wine, passion and keen sense of business.

Neal and Karen now reside part time in Scottsdale, Arizona where he is still an integral part of the future planning and daily operations of Vintage Imports. Target shooting and golf have long been two of his favorite pastimes and Neal is an avid environmentalist and conservationist and a strong promoter of animal rights. He is a huge fan of food and wine and is always scouring all corners of the globe for great new products for Vintage Imports.
