Patrick Bradley- Operations Manager, Vintage Imports

It was not just because he was also a Boston College Alumnus that Paul Zientek was so impressed with Patrick Bradley when he interviewed for the Operations Manager position; rather, people like Pat are difficult to find. After college, Pat helped start and run a small family company. Pat moved on from his family company and joined Vintage in September 2001. Pat was not previously involved in the wine industry but displayed an intense desire to learn and a keen attention to detail. Paul and Neal knew these are the key qualities for a person asked to handle the vital responsibilities of Operations Manager. In many companies, it takes several people to handle the immensely important duties that Pat is able to accomplish and achieve. While his responsibilities are too vast and numerous to list, Pat directs the traffic and transit of all of Vintage Imports wine shipments from every destination in the world, oversees the entire order process, in addition to supervising the customer service staff and warehouse operations at Vintage Imports ' headquarters and in many ways is the glue that integrates all of Vintage Imports ' operations and ensures that things run smoothly.

Robert Redhouse- Warehouse Manager, Vintage Imports

He may not know what the wines all taste like, or how they are made, but few people at Vintage Imports know our wines as intimately as Warehouse Manager, Robert Redhouse. Since 1984, almost invisibly, Rob has seen Vintage Imports grow and over the years has been responsible for one of the most important facets of our business--making sure that our wines are delivered to our customers every day! In addition to being Vintage Imports very first driver, Rob makes sure that container after container arrives smoothly and is integrated seamlessly. He is very well organized and has a strong desire to make sure the job gets done correctly. Born in Philadelphia , Rob graduated from Bensalem High School and currently resides in Bensalem with his wife and two children.

Steve Pinchuk- Sales Manager Vintage Imports

When Steve Pinchuk and Vintage Imports joined forces in 2005, an important piece of the puzzle was set in place to continue the future growth of Vintage Imports. Vintage was already a company that had long been considered one of the premier distributors of fine wines in Pennsylvania and Delaware , but in New Jersey , things had reached an important stage of growth. With10 years of experience in New Jersey at the wholesale and retail levels of the wine and spirits industry, Steve was the perfect catalyst to continue the evolution of Vintage Imports in New Jersey. Vast wine knowledge, tireless work ethic and strong computer skills have enabled Steve to make a significant and positive impact on Vintage Imports sales operations. Steve is a graduate of Cinnaminson High School and The University of Maryland at College Park .
